Job description
Baptist Health Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, AL is seeking a seasoned Laboratory Leader to drive performance in a dynamic hospital setting. You will oversee staff, implement policies, and partner with Pathology and clinical teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient laboratory services.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory or related science, ASCP certification or eligibility, and at least five years of lab experience including supervisory responsibilities.
