Director of Laboratory Full Time Bloomfield, IA
We are seeking a Laboratory Director to oversee all aspects of hospital laboratory operations.
Schedule:
Full-time leadership position
Responsibilities:
Oversee all laboratory departments and operations
Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics
Ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, etc.)
Implement quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
Prior laboratory leadership experience required
Strong regulatory and operational management background
Compensation:
Up to $124,173 annually
