Hospital Laboratory Director Full Time East Ridge, TN
We are seeking a Hospital Laboratory Director to lead all laboratory services.
Schedule:
Full-time, day shift, no weekends
Responsibilities:
Oversee all hospital laboratory operations
Manage staffing, budgets, and compliance
Ensure regulatory accreditation standards are met
Lead quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or higher degree in laboratory science or related field
Prior hospital lab leadership experience required
