Job description
Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Hospital Liaison in Wisconsin to coordinate discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients to home care.
You will work closely with hospital staff and our Continuing Care teams to manage respiratory therapy and DME needs at discharge and beyond. The role involves coordinating equipment delivery, educating patients and caregivers, and maintaining accurate documentation.
