Job description
Heritage Oaks Hospital in Sacramento is seeking a Director of Food & Nutrition Services to lead the dietary department. You will ensure compliance with State, Federal and Joint Commission standards, develop nutritious patient menus, and supervise dietetic staff including orientation, training, and performance reviews.
As a Registered Dietitian, you will manage personnel, collaborate with Human Resources, and uphold quality patient meal service.
