In this RN role, you’ll coordinate patient flow, bed placement, and throughput; collaborate with nursing, physicians, and support teams; and help resolve operational bottlenecks. You will monitor staffing and acuity needs, support discharge planning, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
