Job description
Kearney Regional Medical Center seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead hospital operations in alignment with the CEO and Board of Managers. You will oversee cardiovascular service lines, strategic planning, and performance improvement across the delivery system.
Assumes direct responsibility for service line leadership, manages budgets, and develops leaders while ensuring compliance with HFAP standards and regulations.
