Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
Weekly Hours: 40
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: 09/14/2026
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,260 - $2,430
Job Requirements Active Occupational Therapy certification/license
At least 1 year of recent home health Occupational Therapy experience
Experience using HCHB is required
Strong clinical judgment, time management, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a home health environment
Comfort traveling within the assigned service area
Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in the home setting
Complete evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy visits
Support patients in improving mobility, self-care, safety, and functional independence
Maintain productivity goals while delivering high-quality patient care
Complete documentation by the following morning deadline
Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered outcomes
Travel as needed throughout the assigned counties and service territory
