Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health Job in Lexington, Kentucky

Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,920 - $2,060
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
Hours Per Week: 40
Coverage Areas: Fayette, Jessamine, Franklin, Woodford, Anderson, and Mercer counties
Productivity Expectation: 30 points per week
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between visits
Contract Duration: 22 weeks
Job Requirements Active Occupational Therapist license
CPR certification
Bachelor's degree required
At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred
Experience using HCHB preferred
Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a home health environment
Responsibilities Complete home health Occupational Therapy evaluations and follow-up treatment visits
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
Perform OASIS documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient progress
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, safety, and home exercises
Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality patient care
Travel between patient visits within the assigned coverage area
