Occupational Therapist (OT) - Inpatient Rehabilitation Travel Assignment in South Miami, FL

Join a specialized inpatient rehabilitation team in South Miami, Florida, where you'll help adult and neuro rehab patients rebuild independence and improve quality of life. Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation
Employment Type: Travel Occupational Therapist
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, including weekends as needed
Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 - $1,820
Patient Population: Adult and neuro rehabilitation
Location: South Miami, FL 33143
Job Requirements Active Occupational Therapist license
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred/required
Experience with neuro rehabilitation strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced rehab environment
Responsibilities Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals
Support recovery for patients with stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, trauma, and amputation
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, self-care, strength, endurance, and safety
Collaborate with the rehab team to promote progress and successful discharge planning
Use available equipment and resources to support effective, evidence-based care
