Job description
Montefiore Nyack Hospital in Nyack, NY is seeking a seasoned pharmacist to serve as an independent frontline provider. You will interact with patients, pharmacy staff, and multidisciplinary teams to review status and options, participate in rounds, monitor therapy, and intervene when needed.
