Job description
Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a Director of Hospital Pharmacy for a 400+ bed medical center in a major city near Boston. The role leads medication services, shapes safety initiatives, and guides strategic and operational priorities for a senior pharmacy leader.
You will mentor pharmacists and technicians, collaborate with physicians and nursing leadership, and oversee performance, regulatory readiness, and quality improvements within a large acute care system.
