Progeny Human Resource Solutions seeks a Pharmacy Operations Manager for a leading community hospital in Utah. You will guide inpatient pharmacy operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient medication workflows across services.
The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with PGY1/PGY2 residencies, and 3–5 years hospital pharmacy leadership experience. Licensure in the state is required or eligible, with strong communication and change leadership skills.
