Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor / Hospital Pharmacy Clinical Manager
Bring your hospital pharmacy expertise to a hospital in scenic Western Colorado, near Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Lead clinical pharmacy programs, medication safety, and evidence-based practice while serving as a trusted resource to pharmacists, providers, nursing, and hospital leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing
Drive medication safety and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives
Manage smart infusion pump drug libraries
Oversee EHR medication content and clinical decision support
Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, providers, and nursing to optimize medication use
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
PharmD from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy school
Current Colorado pharmacist license
3-5+ years of hospital pharmacy experience required; no retail-only backgrounds
Experience with antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy services
Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate or equivalent training required on or after hire
