Job description
As a Staff Physical Therapist, you will provide weekend, on-site evaluation and treatment for patients in a hospital-based setting. You will complete thorough assessments, develop functional, goal-oriented plans of care, deliver evidence-based interventions, and educate patients and families. The role includes accurate documentation, ICD-10 coding, collaboration with physicians and the care team, supervising rehab support staff, and adjusting your schedule to meet department productivity and patient care needs.
