Job description
Beth Israel Deaconess Needham is seeking a President who will ensure the hospital delivers safe, high-quality care and efficient operations. This role oversees executive leadership, strategic growth, and fiscal health while aligning with the Beth Israel Lahey Health system and Blueprint 2030.
The President will lead change, foster collaboration, and build partnerships to strengthen patient care programs and community impact within BID Needham and the broader system.
