Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Hospital Electrophysiology Lab Job in Tupelo, MS

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
Shift Time: 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with rotating late shifts
Hours Per Week: 40
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,600 - $2,790
Schedule Notes: Floating within competencies required; late stays may be needed to complete daily procedures
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NBRC Verification
Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Experience in an Electrophysiology Lab or similar acute care clinical setting
Epic experience required
Ability to circulate, monitor, and assist with moderate sedation assessments
Preferred experience with scrubbing procedures
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong adaptability and willingness to float to units within clinical competency
Ability to work a consistent weekday schedule with flexibility for late stays
Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy support in the hospital electrophysiology lab
Assist with circulating, monitoring, and moderate sedation assessment activities
Support procedures for adult and geriatric cardiac rhythm patients
Maintain accurate documentation and workflow in Epic electronic health record (EHR)
Float to other applicable units within competency as needed
Collaborate with the care team to help ensure safe, efficient patient care
Remain flexible for rotating late shifts and daily procedure completion
