Job description
WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team in a hospital setting. This is a full-time contract offering 5x8 or 3x12 shifts, with every other weekend and holiday.
Responsibilities include supervising RNs and nurses' aides, coordinating staffing, ensuring documentation, enforcing policies, and leading quality-improvement initiatives. Requires NY RN license, at least 1 year of hospital supervision, and BLS.
