Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Travel Job - Inpatient Rehabilitation in South Miami, FL 33143

Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 20
Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,690 - $1,820

Speech Language Pathologist Job Requirements Active Speech-Language Pathologist license or appropriate state licensure
Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute rehab
Experience with adult rehab, neuro rehab, or stroke populations preferred
Graduate of an accredited university and therapy program
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adult inpatients in a rehabilitation setting
Support patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals
Help improve speech, language, swallowing, cognition, and functional independence
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the rehab team
Document patient progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
