Job description
McLaren Oakland Region is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as hospital-wide SWAT Nurse, providing rapid emergency response to patient care units as needed and coordinating care during crises. Responsibilities include Code Blues, rapid responses, critical care transport, and ultrasound-guided IV placement to support patient stability and outcomes.
The role requires active Michigan RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications, and prior critical care or ED experience.
