Job DescriptionJob Title: Part-Time Hospitalist – Internal or Family Medicine
Location: Green Bay, WI
Schedule: 7–10 shifts/month | Flexible scheduling
Compensation:
$200–$250 per hour
\ NPosition Overview
\ N We’re seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join the Green Bay care team on a part-time basis. This role offers a flexible schedule, manageable patient load, and the opportunity to work with a collaborative, patient-centered team .
\ NKey Responsibilities
\ N Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in acute or post-acute settings
\ N Manage admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
\ N Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families
\ N Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the EMR
\ N Participate in quality initiatives and promote clinical excellence
\ N Schedule &Workload
\ N 7–10 shiftsper month
\ N 5–6 hours per shift
\ N Flexible scheduling;
full-time availability optional
\ N Qualifications
\ N MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
\ N Active Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain
\ N Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
\ N Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills
