Requirements
Over 5 years Internal Medicine experience preferred
Over 5 years Family Practice experience preferred
DEA Controlled Substances Registration required
Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred
Licensed Physician required
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license required
