Job description
Fresno is a city in California's San Joaquin Valley. It is part of a bustling metropolitan area of nearly a million people. Ideally located less than 60 miles from Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks. Fresno is just a short drive from either Lake Tahoe's legendary skiing or walks on the beach in sunny southern California.
Swing shift schedule: 1 am - 11 pm and 2 pm - 2 am on a 7-on, 7-off rotation
Program has day hospitalists and nocturnists for additional coverage
Large hospitalist program with 50 physicians and 10 APPs on staff
Closed ICU environment; no procedures required
Part of the Rapid Response team; ACLS certification required
Open to IM or FM physicians available to start in 2026 or early 2027
Epic EMR used system-wide
