Sound Physicians seeks a Lead Medical Director to join our Lufkin, Texas team at CHI St. Luke’s Health Memorial. This role blends clinical leadership with strategic oversight to advance hospital medicine in a supportive community hospital.
You will oversee a seasoned team, collaborate with Sound Physicians and hospital leadership on quality metrics, and balance 10 clinical shifts per month with 60 hours of protected administrative time. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
