Job description
WellMed, part of the Optum family, is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Hospitalist Team in San Antonio, TX. This Optum Care Delivery team supports clinicians to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative workplace.
The role offers a daytime schedule with 7 days on / 7 days off and a model designed to treat the whole patient—physical, mental, and social health—along with incentive-based quality bonuses.
