Job description
Salary Ranges between $140k-$175k (varies depending on years of experience)

Schedule & Flexibility
Full-time, 5 days per week
Weekend rotation required (1 2 weekends per month)

Key Responsibilities
Perform hospital rounds and coordinate patient care
Complete documentation and follow-ups remotely after rounds
Collaborate with hospital teams and outpatient providers
Ensure continuity of care across settings
Qualifications
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner
Active New Jersey license required
Prior experience in hospital medicine or rounding strongly preferred
