Job description
A respected hospital in Kansas City, Kansas is expanding its hospital medicine team and is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a full-time night hospitalist position.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, hospital-employed position
Nights only: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
7-on/7-off block schedule
12-hour shifts
Open ICU environment
Practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with supervising physicians
Collaborative Practice Agreement
Opportunity to care for a diverse inpatient population at a full-service community hospital
Qualifications:
MSN with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner
Current Advanced Practice Nurse license
Current BLS certification
Minimum of two years of Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner experience required
Must be comfortable practicing autonomously in an inpatient setting
Experience with electronic health records preferred
