Job description
The Hospital Medicine Department at MUSC Health Catawba , is seeking skilled Acute Care trained Advanced Practice Providers interested in providing adult in-patient care in our facility.
MUSC Health Catawba is made up of 3 facilities, Lancaster, SC, Chester, SC, and Indian Land, SC.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Board certified (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)
Active or eligible South Carolina license
Experience in hospital medicine or emergency medicine preferred
Strong clinical decision-making and adaptability
Position Highlights:
7on/7off schedule
5pm 5am shift
Perform comprehensive history, physical exams, and diagnostic interpretation
Works with Nocturnist, mainly on admissions and cross coverage
Potential to precept students at MUSC enrolled as an advanced practice provider student
Coordinate discharges, follow-up care, and patient education
Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
