Job Overview
Location: Indiana . Position: NP (Physician Assistant). Inpatient hospitalist role. Shift: Day (8:00AM–4:00PM Mon‑Fri) with night call. Assignment type: Locum. Duration: July 2026 – January 2027. Board certification required. Prescriptive authority not required. On‑site patient care. Patient population: Adults.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM.
Coordinate care with inpatient advanced practice professionals.
Manage an average case load of 25 patients per day.
Perform standard urgent care procedures as needed.
Cover night call duties as scheduled.
Qualifications
Board certification required for the specialty.
Experience managing inpatient adult patient load.
Ability to work day shift with night‑shift call coverage.
Must have valid credentials and be able to provide rapid credentialing paperwork.
