We are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalist nurse practitioners for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively working overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and able to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
Local Team Collaboration:
* Join a team of Physicians and fellow APPs at Clovis Community Medical Center.
* Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
Qualifications:
* Board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
* Active California license preferred.
* Must have at least one year of experience working as a hospitalist NP and have been a hospitalist NP within the last 24 months.
* Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
* Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
* We are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role.
* 7-days-on/7-days-off schedule.
* Shifts are 12 hours in length; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cross -cover patients and respond to rapid response alerts.
* No procedures required.
* Work alongside a nocturnist physician.
* Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
* Utilize Epic EMR.

Rewards and Compensation:
* Annual compensation: $180,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
