nWe are hiring full-time or part-time hospitalist nurse practitioners for our nocturnist role. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively on overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
nLocal Team Collaboration:
nnnJoin a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.

nnWork alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.

nnCommunity Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
n
nnCommunity Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

n nQualifications:
nnnBoard-certified/eligible nurse practitioners with acute care certification required.
n
nnActive California license preferred.
n
nnMust have at least one year of experience working as a hospitalist NP and have been a hospitalist NP within the last 24 months.
n
nnAbility to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
n
nnAuthorized to work in the United States.
n
n nScheduling:
nnnWe are looking for a nurse practitioner interested in a nocturnist role.
n
nn7-days-on/7-days-off schedule.
n
nnShifts are 12 hours in length; 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
n
n nKey Responsibilities:
nnnComplete admissions for hospitalist service.
n
nnNo procedures required.
n
nnWork alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
n
nnOur patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.
n
nnUtilize Epic EMR.

nnnAnnual compensation: $180,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
