Bring Better to the Bedside as an Advanced Practice Nocturnist Hospitalist in Manhattan, KS at Ascension Via Christi Hospital

We are hiring for an APP nocturnist hospitalist.Candidates must be comfortable with an open ICU with tele-Intensivist backup.
Local Team Collaboration:
Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 4 APPs at Ascension Via Christi Hospital.
Admit 5-6 patients and take cross coverage calls on an ADC of 40 patients per day.
Open ICU with Tele Intensivist backup.
Qualifications:
Board-certified NP.
Previous hospitalist experience is preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Scheduling:
12-hour nocturnist shifts, 7-days-on, 7-days-off with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
See a wide variety of diseases while still having specialists available in a small community-based hospital.
Work in coordination with a tele-intensivist, with the specialist handling all procedures andrunning codes and rapid.
Utilize Magnetech with Dragon for efficient dictation and access to our internal informatics platform for streamlined workflow and communication.
Manage patients from admission to discharge.

Rewards and Compensation:
Compensation: $160,000.
Productivity and quality bonus incentives.
