Join our growing healthcareteam providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skillednursing facilities throughout Cahokia and Hillsboro, IL We are seekingcompassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionateabout improving the health and quality of life of older adults in acollaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights:
Full-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
No call or overnightresponsibilities
Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant license
Board Certification (ANCC,AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
Skilled nursing, long-termcare, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
