nWe welcome experienced and motivated Advanced Practice Providers who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered inpatient care.
nQualifications
nnnGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
n
nnCurrent New York State licensure or eligibility for licensure
n
nnNational certification as an NP or PA
n
nnHospital medicine, internal medicine, critical care, emergency medicine, or inpatient experience preferred
n
nnStrong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills
n
nnAbility to work independently overnight while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
n
n nOpportunity Details
nnnFull-time Hospitalist APP position providing comprehensive inpatient care
n
nnPerform admissions, patient evaluations, daily rounding, and discharge planning
n
nnManage acute and chronic medical conditions in collaboration with physician colleagues
n
nnCoordinate care with specialists, nursing teams, case management, rehabilitation services, and ancillary departments
n
nnParticipate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
n
nnOpportunity to develop strong relationships with patients and families while providing continuity of care during hospitalization

In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices.
