Hospitalist APP Nocturnist (APRN/PA-C) 7-on/7-off AdventHealth Waterman
Location: Tavares, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 7-on / 7-off Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Position Overview
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join the inpatient medicine team at AdventHealth Waterman in Tavares, Florida.
This full-time Nocturnist opportunity is ideal for an APP who enjoys inpatient medicine, acute clinical decision-making, and working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
Position Highlights
7-on / 7-off schedule
7:00 PM 7:00 AM night shifts
Hospital-based inpatient medicine
Collaborative, team-based practice environment
Care for hospitalized patients across a broad range of medical conditions
Support of AdventHealth Medical Group and an integrated health system
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide overnight care for patients on the hospitalist service
Support hospital admissions and inpatient management
Participate in acute clinical assessment and decision-making
Coordinate care with hospitalist physicians, specialists, nursing, and multidisciplinary team members
Support patient-centered plans of care and continuity of inpatient care
