Hospitalist PA/NP â€" Winchester, Virginia HIGH-IMPACT LOCUMS OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well-supported inpatient team in Winchester, Virginia .
Schedule: 7:00 AMâ€"7:00 PM
Setting: Inpatient Hospitalist
Location: Winchester, VA
EMR: Epic
Trauma Level: Level II

Level II Trauma Center
Established hospitalist team with strong physician and APP coverage
7aâ€"7p day shift
Average daily census of approximately 222
Epic EMR
Closed ICU
Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
TEAM & COVERAGE You†ll work alongside an established hospitalist team with:
9 rounding physicians 7aâ€"7p
2 admitting physicians 12pâ€"10p and 2pâ€"12a
1 APP 7aâ€"7p
2 physicians covering nights 7pâ€"7a
REQUIREMENTS PA or NP with current national certification
Active Virginia license
Active DEA
Minimum 2 years of Hospitalist experience
BLS and ACLS required
Strong inpatient experience
Epic experience preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
CROSS-CREDENTIALING REQUIRED Providers must be willing to cross-credential at multiple facilities , including:
Winchester, Warren, Shenandoah, and Page.
IDEAL CANDIDATE This opportunity is ideal for a PA or NP with solid inpatient Hospitalist experience who is comfortable working in a high-volume hospital environment and collaborating closely with physicians and other members of the care team.
