COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - Hospitalist (FM-Hosp) $340k Salary and never shifts to production $10k Quality Bonus $30,000 Signing Bonus Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Retirement with matching, Annual $5k CME and relocation paid. RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine - Hospitalist (FM-Hosp) Modern and Efficient Rural Health Clinic Average Daily Census 9 to 10 Week on/off schedule 24-hour shift, not required on-site; 30 min availability No procedures other than Intubation/Code management QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine - Hospitalist (FM-Hosp) Recent US Board Eligible or Board Certified required Quality and Patient Care Focused Work well in Teams COMMUNITY Family Medicine - Hospitalist (FM-Hosp) Outstanding Family Community; and some amazing people Day Care at Hospital 2 hours to two cities and 3 hours to two major metro's Awesome Fitness Center: $300.00 yearly membership Very low cost-of-living; "you will be amazed" Local airport close by, Golf, Boat, Fish, Hike, Bike, Parks, City Pool, and Lot's of Great Outdoor/Recreation, local theater $3.00 REFERENCE NUMBER: ABOUT DELTA PHYSICIAN PLACEMENT Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified physicians, advanced practitioners, allied health, and therapists on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide.
