Join Prime Healthcare's newest addition in the Chicagoland area! As we integrate this 214-bed acute care hospital into our growing Illinois network, we're seeking dedicated Hospitalists to deliver high-quality, compassionate inpatient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Position Highlights:
Schedule: 7 on / 7 off block schedule - enjoy predictable time off for true work-life balance.
Role: Manage adult impatient care, admissions, rounding, discharges, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Team: Work alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and a supportive medical staff in a newly stabilized hospital under Prime Healthcare's resources and commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility).
Strong clinical skills and team-oriented mindset.

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $270,000.00 to $300,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
