Location: Sheboygan, WI
Schedule: 7–10 shifts per month | Flexible scheduling
\ N Position Overview:
\ N We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay, Wisconsin on a part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling, a manageable patient load, and the chance to work with a collaborative, patient-centered care team.
\ N Key Responsibilities:
\ N Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.
\ N Perform admissions, daily rounding, and discharges.
\ N Coordinate care with nursing, case management, specialists, and families.
\ N Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.
\ N Participate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.
\ N Schedule& Workload:
\ N 7 to 10 shifts per month, with flexible scheduling.
\ N Shift Length Flexibility
\ N Full Time Available
\ N Qualifications:
\ N MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
\ N Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain).
\ N Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.
\ N Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills.
