Overview
This is a “Bread and Butter” Hospitalist position, Day Shift, working with adult population (teenager to geriatrics).
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and orders at the time of admission
Manage resources efficiently - lab, X-ray, pharmacy, and more
Provide pre‑op evaluations
Coordinate with specialists
Provide consultations
Collaborate with case managers
Work with the hospital's formulary
Provide discharge referrals
Schedule patient follow‑up
