Job description
MASC Medical Recruitment Firm is representing a large hospital management group seeking physicians for a permanent, full-time role in Florida. The position features a block schedule (5 on/5 off, 6 on/6 off, 7 on/7 off) with rotating night shifts and 12-hour shifts, caring for 20–24 patients per shift.
Compensation ranges from $250,000 to $275,000 annually plus RVU production and metrics bonuses. Malpractice insurance is provided.
