Hospitalist Service Daily Encounters: 93
22 FT Physician team
No procedures
Double coverage at night
Closed ICU
Nursing/Case Management excellence
Collaborative clinical environment
APP Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 days per week)
HM rounding with a focus on observation status patients

Compensation Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay of $145/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock.
Additional Information Prior Hospitalist experience required
