Patient Volume: Average daily census: 9; Annual volume: 3,194
Coverage Model: 24 hours Physician tele-coverage Day shift (7a-7p); Night shift (7p-7a)
12 hours NP/PA coverage onsite (7a-7p)
Number of Beds: 25 inpatient beds, 8 ED beds - critical access hospital
EMR: EPIC
Qualifications
Education: NCCPA Physician Assistant Certification
Licensure: West Virginia License and DEA
Experience: 2 years of hospital medicine experience
Skills & Procedures: ACLS and BLS required
About War Memorial Hospital: A non-profit healthcare facility, War Memorial Hospital opened its doors in 2012 and has 25 inpatient beds, 16 long-term care beds, and an eight-bed Emergency Department. Our state-of-the-art hospital is leading the way in medical services for Morgan County, West Virginia. War Memorial Hospital is a licensed Critical Access Hospital, innovating the way we provide health care to our community. Our 87,000 square-foot facility boasts upgraded technologies throughout.
