APP - Hospitalist (Nocturnist) Located: Big Spring, TX •Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative Hospital Medicine team as a Nocturnist in Big Spring, Texas. •Full-time, permanent position. •Provide comprehensive inpatient care for hospitalized adult patients during overnight hours. •Collaborate closely with Hospitalists, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary services to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care. •Evaluate and manage admissions, cross-cover patients, respond to acute clinical changes, and assist with patient stabilization. •Perform procedures within the scope of practice and participate in developing evidence-based treatment plans. •Utilize electronic medical records and work in a team-oriented environment focused on patient safety and quality outcomes. •Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance while meeting the needs of overnight hospital coverage. •Modern hospital environment with access to advanced diagnostic and specialty support services. •Competitive compensation package with quality and productivity incentives.
