Hospitalist NP/PA Opening - Great Falls, MontanaLocation: Great Falls, MTType: Part-Time (.85 FTE, qualifies for full-time benefits)Specialty: Hospital Medicine (Advanced Practice Clinician)Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a hospitalist team in Great Falls, Montana. This position offers a collaborative clinical environment within a state-of-the-art hospital facility and a schedule designed to support work-life balance.Position Highlights:Hospital-employed positionSchedule: 7 on / 10 off / 4 on / 7 offDay shift: 7:00 am - 7:00 pmExperienced MD hospitalist on staffDedicated nocturnists and Pulmonary/Critical Care physician availableTelemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology supportOn-call specialty coverage availableAverage hospitalist census: 15 patients per dayNurse-to-patient ratio approximately 1:5 depending on acuityProcedure experience preferredFacility Details:Modern acute care hospital36 inpatient beds10-bed open ICU2 cardiac catheterization labs with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit5 operating rooms plus 4-room surgery centerDedicated 5 observation bedsBusy 8-bed emergency department with experienced staffFull complement of referring specialties in-houseQualifications:Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantMinimum 2-3 years of direct hospitalist experience requiredMontana NP or PA license or eligibilityComfortable performing hospital-based procedures preferredCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits packagePosition qualifies for full-time benefits at 0.85 FTEGenerous vacation and sick leave package401(k) retirement plan with employer matchSigning and relocation bonus availableGenerous CME allowancePaid licensure and professional duesMalpractice insurance with tail coverageSupportive work culture with strong work-life balance
