Join our growing healthcareteam providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skillednursing facilities throughout Lake Placid , Florida. We are seekingcompassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionateabout improving the health and quality of life of older adults in acollaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights:
Part-time opportunities withflexible scheduling
Six-hour facility shifts forfull-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
No call or overnightresponsibilities
Conduct daily rounds, manageacute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
Document efficiently using astreamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPadwith LTE
Access UpToDate forreal-time clinical guidance

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant license
Board Certification (ANCC,AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
Skilled nursing, long-termcare, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
