You’ll have the autonomy to lead and the resources to grow—while making a difference for patients and families every day.

Local Team Collaboration

Become a part of a cohesive and established team of 20 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by 2 clinical performance nurses at St. Joseph Hospital.

Work alongside a culturally diverse team with a balanced mix of experienced providers and new graduates.

Collaborate closely with hospital administration, participating in committees and projects to improve hospital operations and patient care.

Enjoy a supportive work environment with regular touch bases and social gatherings outside the hospital to foster team cohesion.

Scheduling

We are hiring for a day specialist PA position. Our block schedule (7 on/ 7 off) balances work and personal life. Our team prioritizes family or outdoor time and support each other by covering shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex cases in a semi-open ICU with 24-hour intensivist coverage.

Perform procedures as per your privileges (procedures are not required).
