Locums - Massena, New York, NP/PA Nocturnist Opening
Clinical Role
Start date: November 2, 202613-week assignmentNocturnist coverage for acutely ill adult patients with a broad range of medical conditionsScheduled coverage with no callApproximately 10-15 patients per provider Schedule & Coverage
7 nights on/7 nights off7:00 pm-7:00 am12-hour shifts Practice Setting & Clinical Expectations
Evaluate and manage hospitalized patientsPerform admission assessmentsDiagnose and treat acute medical conditionsOrder and interpret diagnostic testing, labs, and imagingCoordinate inpatient care and communicate with primary care providersUnit staffing includes physician/APP, NP, and LPN supportEpic EMRPyxis medication dispensing system Requirements & Credentialing
Board certification requiredActive New York license requiredMinimum 2 years of recent experience requiredAHA BLS and ACLS requiredResidents and fellows cannot be accepted What's great about Massena, New York?
