Envision is hiring a motivated full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the award winning Baptist Health Paducah team, a regional leader in advanced, comprehensive care across Western Kentucky. Qualifications: Acute care training preferred Position Profile: Block schedule 120 hours for full-time status 2 APPs daily, 11-hour shifts (including day and swing shifts) No procedures ICU covered by Intensivist/APP; Intensivists run codes EPIC EMR Compensation and Benefits: W-2 employee status with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, CME allowance, fully paid malpractice coverage and 401(k) Tools, resources, and support that allow our clinicians to excel
