Delphi Healthcare is seeking a motivated and experienced Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing inpatient team at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, New York.

Responsibilities Inpatient rounding and patient management
Admissions and discharges
Consults and coordination of care
Collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and specialists
Delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in an inpatient setting
Qualifications Active New York State PA or NP license
ACLS Certification required
Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effective organizational and time-management abilities
Hospitalist or inpatient experience preferred
